劇情簡介

在隧道事故現場，藍沢耕作（山下智久） 、白石恵（新垣結衣） 、緋山美帆子（戸田恵梨香） 、冴島はるか（比嘉愛未）、藤川一男（淺利陽介）等一行人，一意孤行不顧救援隊的制止，執意搶救傷者，最終被處以一周禁閉。藤川與緋山返回自己家中。在此期間，緋山的父母拿出相親照片，讓她倍感困擾。
與此同時，捲入現場事故，致使右臂機能喪失的黑田脩二（柳葉敏郎）也下定決心投入到康復訓練中去。他將自己的決定告知田所部長（児玉清），並與三井環奈（りょう）等資深醫生打過招呼後，毅然離開醫院。然而面對黑田的不辭而別，研修醫師們卻懷揣著複雜的心情。另一方面，由於認知障礙而入院的藍澤的祖母絹江（島香）繼續進行著康復治療。她仍舊認不出藍澤，並決意入住收容所。但是，在她努力進行步行訓練時，卻發生了一些微妙的變化。
正在此時，急救飛機接到新任務。乘載著眾多旅客的電車發生脫軌翻倒事故。藍澤等人也乘坐飛機陸續趕赴現場。黑田在得知該事件後…
